Hailey Jenna Nail Artist Based in Bend, Oregon at Tangerine Salon, I offer a considered approach to nail care—where precision, restraint, and longevity meet. My appreciation for nails began early, evolving quietly over the years into a dedicated practice. What started as time spent refining technique on myself and close friends has grown into a profession rooted in both discipline and artistry. I have been a nail technician for two years, with a continued focus on advanced education and thoughtful development. I completed an apprenticeship under Hillary Dawn Herrera and have pursued additional training to ensure each service reflects both modern technique and enduring standards. I specialize in the Russian manicure, a highly detailed technique centered on meticulous cuticle work. Through careful and precise removal, the natural nail plate is left clean, smooth, and refined—enhancing both the overall appearance and the longevity of each set. My work is centered on clean preparation, structural integrity, and a refined aesthetic—nails that feel as effortless as they are intentional. Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of booked service. 1-2 hours before will result in a 90% fee of booked services. No call no shows or late cancellations at time of appointment will result in 100% of the service being charged. No need to be early, but please be on time. If you’re 10 minutes late I will charge you a $15 late fee. 15+ minutes is considered a no call no show and you’ll will be charged the complete price and your appointment will be cancelled. Once you pay the fee I will rebook you. Repeated booking and immediately canceling online will get you banned from booking. Please note as well that the salon doesn’t allow children 12 and under in the salon. Please plan child care properly so there’s no last minute cancellations.
